Most of our products come from houses that are being torn down. Typically what happens is, people try to sell their houses and remodel kitchens, bathrooms, etc. to make the home seem more appealing. But if the home does not sell that is where we come in. We take the lightly used (practically brand new) appliances and sell them more than 50% off the original price. Most brand new products tend to sell with in the first 3 days.
